HENGFENG Nonionic Polyacrylamide Polymer Powder is engineered for Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems treating deinking process effluent in paper recycling factories. The nonionic polymer effectively removes printing ink particles, stickies, and colloidal contaminants from deinking water, ensuring efficient ink flotation and producing high-quality recycled pulp for paper production. Its pH-independent flocculation mechanism makes it ideal for the variable chemical environment of deinking circuits.
Nonionic PAM efficiently flocculates and floats dispersed printing ink particles (10-100 um) in the deinking DAF unit, achieving 90-98% ink removal efficiency and producing cleaner recycled pulp.
Effectively aggregates and removes hot-melt adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, coating binders, and other sticky contaminants that cause paper machine deposits and sheet defects.
Works synergistically with deinking chemicals including sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate, hydrogen peroxide, and fatty acid collectors without interference or performance degradation.
