The EC150 is built with the more advanced Yangtze Memory X4-9060 flash chip, achieving a write endurance of up to 256TBW (for 256GB). This extends the service life of terminal devices, reduces maintenance costs, and enhances the market competitiveness of end products.

The EC150 incorporates an LDPC error correction mechanism, enabling efficient parallel data verification and enhancing data integrity. Additionally, this technology effectively reduces power consumption, extends the battery life of terminal devices, lowers thermal design costs, and enables a compact and lightweight device design, optimizing the user experience.

The EC150 delivers a flash interface speed of 3600 IOPS and supports AMPI multi-plane parallel reading, significantly boosting 4K random read performance to up to 26K IOPS (for 128GB), providing end users with a smoother experience.

The EC150 adopts a mature product solution with a standard BGA 153 package, offering three mainstream capacities: 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB.
