The D.K. Histron HC-2000 pressure arm flexible bending center with 2000mm bending length is suitable for large sheet processing. The self-developed control system with complete source code can easily open API interfaces for deep integration with customer MES/ERP systems, becoming a natural component of smart factories. The system adopts EtherCAT bus protocol, providing high-speed communication and enhanced diagnostic capabilities for complex bending applications.

With exceptional position calculation capabilities, it significantly enhances production efficiency and precision in automated manufacturing. The motion control cards support 24-axis operation, with an expandable capacity up to 64 axes, and utilize EtherCAT bus control for high-precision motion control.
