The same body can be reused, and wheels of different specifications can also be installed. Under normal circumstances, four wheels of different sizes can be replaced, and one body can be used for four-size hole construction, which greatly saves construction costs.
Product Description:
1. Cutting structure
In view of the different characteristics of the cutting action of the blades in different areas on the cone, the tapered blades are placed in the permanent contact area, and the wedge-shaped blades are placed in the alternating contact area, which greatly improves the drilling efficiency. By arranging a diamond blade in the permanent contact area of the cone where the blade is severely worn, the wear resistance of the cutting structure is enhanced. The tungsten carbide blade is placed on the top surface of the cone to protect the cone from abrasion.
2. Instrument structure
The drill bit adopts active cutting volume protection insert, which has good gauge protection and drilling ability.
3. Bearing structure
High-precision journal bearings. The ball locks the cone. Hardface hears the bearing surface. The tapered bearing is inlaid with anti-friction alloy. Improve the wear resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing. Compared with the tri-cone bit, the outrigger bearing is larger, so higher WOB and higher reliability can be obtained.
4. Hydraulic design
The small-angle waterway design increases the thickness of the tip of the palm and effectively prevents the waterway from scouring. Optimize the hydraulic structure, improve the cleaning ability, and increase the speed of penetration.
