Servo System Slip Ring
Servo drive systems are a critical component of modern motion control, widely used in automated equipment such as industrial robots and rotary tables. These systems require reliable transmission of power, signals, and data between the fixed and rotating platforms, typically achieved through slip rings. However, common electrical slip rings are susceptible to encoder signal interference, which can cause errors and system shutdowns.
Panlink servo system slip rings address these challenges by employing fiber brush technology and an innovative multiple independent modular design. This ensures stable transmission, extended service life, and maintenance-free operation. The slip rings provide connections for pneumatic channels, power, high-speed data, I/O interfaces, encoder signals, control signals, and more.
