Compact and Customizable Capsule Slip Rings for Robotics and Mechanical
Capsule slip rings are designed to provide free signal / data and power transmission for any electromechanical system that requires unrestrained, continuous rotation while transferring signal/ data and power from a stationary platform to a rotating platform.
Panlink M/K/C series capsule slip ring are standard, on-the-shelf and no through bore products, that use gold-gold contacts at the rotary interface. Color-coded lead wires are used on both the stator and rotor for simplifying electrical connections. They are superior of handling all kinds of signals and data, and can incorporate up to 200 circuits, which each are rate at 2A, with the option to combine circuits for higher currents of 5A or 10A. They are ideal for use where mounting space is limited and critical, without sacrifice current handling capability. They can be provided with waterproof package which can directly operate underwater with IP68 protection. We offer standardized & modularized design and fully customizable products according to the special requirements of customers in different applications.
