The Precision Production Process
Dough Preparation & Feeding: The base protein mixture is continuously fed into the extruder.
Dual Filling Injection: Two independent filling systems precisely inject streams of chocolate and date paste (or other fillings) into the center of the protein dough.
Co-Extrusion & Forming: The machine co-extrudes the filled dough, forming it into a continuous, perfectly round rope.
Cutting: A synchronized rotary cutter cleanly slices the rope into individual bars.
Cooling & Output: Bars are conveyed through a cooling tunnel (optional) to set and are then ready for packaging.
