Workflow Explanation
Our automatic chikki production line integrates multiple stations for seamless operation:
Automatic Syrup Cooking Kettle: Equipped with precise temperature control and automatic stirring for perfect melting and boiling of the syrup (made from sugar, jaggery, etc.).
Automatic Mixer: Uniformly blends the cooked syrup with nuts and seeds without crushing the ingredients.
Hydraulic Flattening Unit: Transfers the mixture onto a steel belt and presses it into a sheet of uniform thickness using a hydraulic system.
Automatic Cooling Conveyor: Allows the pressed sheet to cool naturally in preparation for cutting.
