Two different colored doughs are loaded into their respective hoppers. Up to two fillings are loaded into the filling hoppers.
The machine precisely extrudes the two doughs, forming a concentric tube where one dough encapsulates the other.
Simultaneously, the filling(s) are injected directly into the center of the dough tube.
The filled, multi-layered dough rope is cleanly cut and shaped into individual pieces by a rotary cutter or forming mechanism.
The finished two-color, stuffed cookies are discharged onto a conveyor belt, ready for baking.
