The Panda milk rice cake line is engineered for bakery and frozen-food manufacturers who need uniform, professional results. The P160 handles dough sheeting, filling and encrusting with a PLC control system, while the ultrasonic knife cuts through soft, sticky rice-cake material without squeezing, smearing or sticking — keeping every edge clean and every shape sharp.
The P160 forms the core of the line: it sheets the outer dough, injects the filling and encases it into a seamless ball or shape at up to 60–100 pcs per minute. Gear-pump feeding keeps fill flow steady, so each panda rice cake gets the same filling content and weight.
The ultrasonic cutter uses a 20 kHz vibrating blade to slice soft, sticky and delicate products without pressure. It eliminates deformation, sticking and crumbs, giving the panda milk rice cakes crisp edges, sharp contours and a clean, retail-ready finish.
