This semi‑automatic hydraulic forming machine is developed for producing wine yeast block (wine starter block / rice wine cake) from dry or semi‑dry yeast powder.
Work flow: Manual feeding → Automatic hydraulic pressing → Embossing logo/pattern → Automatic demolding → Manual collect finished blocks.
Only 1‑operator required. Great replacement for manual hand‑press production. Produced wine yeast blocks feature uniform density, neat shape, not easy to break, convenient for storage, transportation and wine fermentation processing.
Except wine yeast block, this machine can also make sugar blocks, milk tablets, herbal tea bricks, compressed snack blocks by changing molds. Multi‑purpose for food powder compression production.
Embossing: Custom logo, text, pattern available on block surface
Feature: Consistent compactness, low breakage rate after pressing; post‑drying process required after pressing.

Manual feeding & finished‑product collection; pressing, embossing, demolding complete automatically. One worker can run the whole machine, reduce heavy manual work and avoid inconsistent quality by hand‑making.
Adjustable hydraulic pressure & thickness
Press tonnage and block thickness are adjustable on control panel. You can set proper compactness according your yeast powder formula, prevent blocks too loose (easy crumble) or over‑compressed (bad fermentation performance).
Non‑stick mold design for wine yeast powder
Special surface treatment for molds, wine yeast blocks eject smoothly without sticking to mold cavity, keep block surface intact. Quick‑change mold structure, switch different block sizes quickly.
Food‑grade stainless‑steel contact parts
All parts touching powder adopt stainless steel, easy to clean, meet food‑production hygiene requirement. Solid steel frame, stable running for long‑time continuous shift production.
Wide compatibility
Besides wine yeast block, one machine can produce many dry‑powder food blocks: brown sugar block, palm sugar block, milk tablet, herbal tea compressed brick, grain snack block, etc.
Working Principle
Worker spread wine yeast powder evenly into mold cavity.
Start cycle: hydraulic cylinder goes down to compress powder under preset pressure. Logo / pattern embossed on block surface during pressing.
Press head lifts up, automatic ejection pushes finished wine yeast block out from mold.
Worker takes out finished blocks, moves to drying workshop for post drying.
Refill powder for next production cycle.
Note: Machine only completes pressing forming. Drying / curing procedure is required after pressing wine yeast blocks.

Not fit for high‑moisture sticky paste material. Raw wine yeast material shall keep dry / semi‑dry status, moisture need to be controlled before feeding.
This machine only presses blocks. Post drying & curing process is necessary for wine yeast blocks to avoid mildew.
Molds are wearing parts, not included in standard warranty; we can supply customized molds according to your drawing or sample.
