Work flow: Manual feeding mineral salt powder → Automatic high-tonnage hydraulic pressing → Embossing brand/logo/text on block surface → Automatic demolding → Manual collect finished salt lick blocks.
Only 1‑operator required. Perfect replacement for low-efficiency manual hand-press production. Produced animal salt lick blocks feature uniform compact density, neat edge shape, high anti-breakage rate, waterproof & long shelf life, convenient for bulk storage, long-distance transportation and livestock feeding supplementation.

Max 40 Ton adjustable pressing tonnage and block thickness range settable on digital control panel. You can set proper compactness according to different mineral salt powder formulas: soft block for young lamb/calf, hard wear-resistant block for adult cattle, prevent blocks too loose (easy crush during transport) or over-compressed (hard for livestock licking).
Special anti-stick mold design for mineral salt powder
Mold cavity adopts anti-corrosion hardening surface treatment, high-salinity mineral salt blocks eject smoothly without sticking to mold, keep block surface smooth and clear embossed pattern. Quick-release fast mold structure, switch different salt block sizes & shapes within 10 minutes.
Food & feed grade stainless‑steel contact parts
All components directly touching mineral salt powder adopt thickened stainless steel, anti-rust, corrosion-resistant against high-salt raw materials, easy to flush & clean, meet livestock feed production hygiene standard. Thick solid integral steel frame, stable vibration-free running for long-time continuous shift production.
Wide raw material compatibility & multi-purpose
Besides animal mineral salt lick block, one machine can produce various dry powder feed blocks: cattle nutrition block, sheep protein brick, camel mineral licking block, poultry trace element feed block, herbal feed compressed brick, etc.
Working Principle
Worker evenly fill mixed mineral salt powder into customized mold cavity.
Start production cycle: hydraulic cylinder descends to compress powder under preset tonnage pressure, brand logo/pattern embossed deeply on salt block surface during pressing.
Press head auto lifts up, independent ejection cylinder pushes finished animal salt lick block fully out from mold cavity.
Worker take out finished salt blocks, stack for packaging directly (standard mineral salt formula no drying required).
Refill mineral salt powder to start next pressing cycle.
Note: Machine only completes powder pressing forming. If raw material moisture exceeds 12%, simple air-dry treatment is suggested to avoid surface blooming.

Important Notes
Not fit for high-moisture sticky paste material. Raw mineral salt powder moisture shall be controlled below 12% before feeding.
Standard mineral salt lick blocks pressed by this machine do not need drying procedure; only high-moisture formula needs short air drying to prevent salt bloom.
Molds are quick-wearing consumable parts, not covered by standard warranty; we can produce fully customized molds per customer drawing, sample or size requirement.
