Commercial encrusting equipment engineered for high-volume tamale production. The P160 automatic tamale making machine forms, fills and seals up to 60-90 pieces per minute, delivering perfectly centered fillings and uniform 10-150g product weights. It is the reliable workhorse for Latin American tamales, arepas, croquetas, mochi, cookies and other stuffed foods.
The machine uses a dual-hopper design: one hopper holds the outer masa or dough while the second holds the filling. Both are measured volumetrically, the dough shell is formed, the exact amount of filling is injected, the product is sealed and then cut to size - producing consistent, evenly filled tamales without hand forming.
Tamales, arepas, croquetas, coxinha, mochi, maamoul, stuffed cookies, meatballs, cheese balls and other filled snacks. Ideal for commercial food factories, central kitchens and frozen food producers.
