Vacuum couch roll is an very important components in wire section of the twin wire paper making machine. It's max. vacuum suction width is 3950mm, mini suction width is 3600mm. Suction width is adjustable. Roll surface open holes of dia8mm/dia13mm and holes open rate is 48%. The vacuum roll cylinder is stainless steel of 30mm thick and the vacuum chamber is also stainless steel.
