Doctors in wire section
In wire section of the corrugated board making machine, there are 21sets doctors. 15sets doctor for guide roll, 3sets doctor for breast roll, 2sets doctor for return roll and 1set doctor for the vacuum couch roll. The doctors adopts slef automatic pressurizing mold and lift by hand. Doctor body is welded by Q235A steel plate. Doctor shaft is 45# steel, tempering and hardening treatment. Doctor bracket adopts HT200 cast iron material. Blades is EP-II, fast withdraw blade changing structure.
All doctors in the corrugated board making machine, before design are carefully calculated to ensure the angle and line pressure.
