1) How can I get a sample?
If you just need sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
If you need customized samples, you need to pay for the samples,while this cost could be refunded when the order confirmed.
2) How long can I expect to get the sample?
For customized samples, we will arrange within 7 working days after artwork design confirm and payment received.
For free samples, we will send within 2 working days.
3) Can you do design for me?
According to your requirement, we can add your company logo, website, phone number or your ideas.
It will have design charge for you.
4) When can I get the quotation?
