Main features :
1. Different size cups can do in one machine by changing the moulds.
2.Adopts open cam type structure, high precision, large out-put and long life.
3.Intelligent design,PLC automatic control,servo motor,automatic fault alarm,counting, detection,parking and other activities.
4. Bottom paper direct feeding design that increases the speed of the machine.
5. Automatic oil-lubrication system: We use a automatic oil-lubrication system in the machine, which reduces the friction between the moving parts. So the machine can be maintained without manually spraying oil .
6. Sensor : There are more than ten sensors in the machine to keep machine safe and accurate .
Advantage design:
1. Use the 18 mm thickness iron base and 16mm thickness legs , which make machine much heavy( Net weight 1700KG), Machine is running high speed very stable no shake.
2. Plain shaft which is not easily broken and has long span life is used in machine key connection parts instead of the screws(the screws is used in normal type machine )
