It integrates paper feeding, gluing, rolling and cutting. It is equipped with a CNC multi-knife cutting system, which can cut the finished paper tube online. It is suitable for the production of various types and specifications of paper straws. The machine adopts PCL control, the host is equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation, the man-machine interface is touch screen, the setting is simple, and the operation is convenient.
Features of paper straw machine
1. Stable, simple transformation principle, maintaining-free design, reduce maintaining frequency during operation.
2. High speed: paper feeding speed of 120 m/min, maximum tube exit speed of 80 m/min.
3. It adopted with PLC controller; main motor is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation; touch screen man-machine interface. Easy for parameters setting & operating.
4. Cutting knife system, new structure of cutting cylinder. Easier to adjust air cylinder travel when changing different, diameter mould.
