In its natural state, the paper exhibits a distinct and well-defined embossing design, ensuring clear and precise patterns.
The automatic counting and orderly stacking functions optimize packing processes for greater efficiency.
The integrated tension control system adeptly adjusts to raw paper of varying tension levels, maintaining consistency throughout.
A double-screw turning knife facilitates swift cutting and easy adjustment, further enhancing productivity.
Additionally, a vacuum folding system is employed for efficient folding operations.
The machine can be customized with either a single-color or double-color printing device to cater to specific requirements.
It is robustly constructed with a wallboard structure - the machine head is approximately 40mm thick, while other components measure around 20mm.
