Automatic Wrapper Type High Speed Toilet Paper Making Machine is designed for processing toilet paper rolls and maxi rolls. The machine features a core feeding unit that takes raw material from a jumbo roll. After full embossing or edge embossing, the material undergoes perforation, end cutting, and tail gluing to form a log. This log can then be processed by cutting machines and packing machines to produce finished products. The machine is controlled by a PLC and operated through a touch screen, ensuring an automatic and user-friendly process that reduces labor costs. Additionally, we offer custom-made machines to meet specific client requirements.

Functions and Features --- Wall Type Automatic Rewinding Machine:

1. This machine is designed for the production of toilet paper rolls. The entire structure is wall-mounted, ensuring stable operation at high speeds and minimizing noise.
2. The perforation distance can be adjusted to cater to different requirements for distance.

3. The automatic core feeding system efficiently pushes the log forward after rewinding, and then rewinds the new log seamlessly.
4. The machine also features automatic edge-trimming, glue spraying, and sealing in a single operation. It leaves a 10-18mm tail for easy rewinding, reducing waste and saving costs.

5. Adopts international advanced PLC programmable controlling technique, man-machine interface operation, data set and parametric fault shows on touch screen.

6. Adopts 4 pieces high Precision spiral knives, low noise, clear perforation, adopt gearbox to have bigger range.

7. Two wall type back stands, pneumatic lifting system, with wide driving flat belts; each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.

8. Adopt jogging switches for wearing the paper, easy and safe to operate.

Guarantee period: One year for mechanical parts, after-sales service is lifelong , and we offer the spare parts at preferential price long.

Technical support: We can send the technician to your factory to install the machines and train your workers. And you shall pay salary(100USD/day) and round-trip air tickets from China factory to your factory, the charge of visa, food, transportations and accommodation in your city.

Payment term: 30% down payment should be paid by T/T, the 70% balance should be paid by T/T or confirmed irrevocable L/C by draft at sight.

Material: The customer can get the material from their local market or we can recommend supplier to you.

Lead time: Within 60-90 days inform the customer to inspect the machine at seller’s site after receiving the down payment and the confirmation of machine drawing.
