The Good Price Maxi Tissue Paper Towel Roll Making Machinery with Flexographic Color Printing is designed for processing color-printed toilet paper rolls, maxi rolls, and kitchen towels. The machine features a core feeding unit, which allows for production with or without a paper roll core.
Raw material is processed from a jumbo roll, which undergoes color printing, perforation, end cutting, and tail glue spraying to form a log roll. This log can then be further processed using a cutting machine and a packing machine to produce finished products, such as small toilet paper rolls.
The machine is PLC-controlled and operated via a user-friendly touch screen. The entire process is fully automated, making it easy to operate and significantly reducing labor costs.
The production process is: Unreeling — color printing---Perforating— Rewinding— Tail gluing— Edge trimming---Automatic core loading.
Feature and Function
This machine is designed for producing color-printed toilet paper rolls, maxi rolls, and kitchen towels. Its wall-type structure ensures stable operation at high speeds with minimal noise.
The perforation distance is adjustable to accommodate different requirements.
The machine features an automatic core feeding system and automatically pushes the log after rewinding, then starts a new log for rewinding.
Automatic edge trimming, glue spraying, and sealing are synchronized in a single process, leaving a 10-18mm tail. This design makes it easier to rewind, reducing short waste and saving costs.
It adopts advanced PLC programmable control technology, with man-machine interface operation. Data setting and fault parameters are displayed on the touch screen for easy monitoring.
The machine uses four high-precision spiral knives that produce low noise and clear perforations. A gearbox is used to provide a wider range of adjustment.
Two wall-type back stands with a pneumatic lifting system and wide driving flat belts allow each jumbo roll to be independently adjusted.
The machine is equipped with jogging switches for paper threading, making operation simple and safe.
