Product Description
This production line consists of two main machines: the Toilet Paper Rewinding Machine and the Toilet Paper Cutting Machine.
First, the Toilet Paper Rewinding Machine processes the jumbo roll by feeding it through the core feeding unit, followed by full embossing or edge embossing, perforation, end cutting, and spraying glue to form the paper logs. The entire process is controlled by a PLC system, with operation managed via a touch screen, ensuring full automation and ease of use, significantly reducing labor costs. The rewinding machine features a large-screen color human-machine interface and precise servo-controlled feeding, along with integrated electromechanical control. It can automatically detect key actions and has a fault diagnostic system, ensuring that the production line operates at optimal efficiency.
Next, the Toilet Paper Cutting Machine is linked to the rewinding machine and is responsible for cutting the paper logs into individual toilet paper rolls. This machine also utilizes advanced control technology to ensure precise cutting and high production efficiency.
The entire production line can be customized to meet specific client requirements, making it ideal for new paper mills. It offers a reliable and efficient solution for producing toilet paper and kitchen towels.

Toilet paper rewinding machine:
1. This machine is for making toilet paper rolls, the whole structure is wall-type, which makes the machine run stable at high speed, and noiseless.
2. Perforation distance is adjustable to meet different distance needs.
3. Automatic core feeding system, automatically pushing the log after rewinding, then rewinding the new log again.
4. Automatic edge-trimming, glue spraying, and sealing synchronously at one time. Leaving a 10-18mm tail, easy to rewind again, reducing shortcut waste and saving the cost.
5. Adopts international advanced PLC programmable controlling technique, man-machine interface operation, data set, and parametric fault shows on the touch screen.
6. Adopts 4 pieces high Precision spiral knives, low noise, clear perforation, adopt gearbox to have a bigger range.
7. Two wall-type back stands, pneumatic lifting system, with wide driving flat belts; each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.
8. Adopt jogging switches for wearing the paper, easy and safe to operate.
Toilet paper cutting machine
1, When the paper can not be cut down, the equipment will automatically stop and gives an alarm;
2, The high-precision servo system is used in the feed motor servo system, to ensure the quality of the finished product;
3, The equipment automatically calculates the quantity of the finished product being cut; according to the raw material and the length of the finished product;
4, When data input is incorrect, the equipment breaks off and prompts to adjust on the interface;
5, The waste paper head and paper end can be automatically sorted;
6, The automatic sharpening knife system used in the equipment, can adjust the sharpening knife system according to the requirement of paper being cut, which increases the cutting life;
7, The sharp steel wheel is used in the sharpening knife system, which increases the sharpening knife efficiency
