(2) Equipped with imported Taiwanese ball screws to ensure precise movement.The main servo includes overload protection,and the timing belt features fracture protection. Automatically halts upon external impact to minimize damage to the body/feeding accuracy and prevent malfunctions.

Hot Stamping Section
1.The hot stamping plate uses 7075 high-grade aviation aluminum alloy and surface undergoes hard anodizing treatment,ensuring lightweight operation while maintaining high surface hardness and resistance to deformation.
2.Longitudinal Foil Feeding System:Reduces foil consumption and saves foil replacement time.
3.Dual Longitudinal Foil Feeding Mechanism:Equipped with Hangzhou Zhishan servo motors (China) and Printyoung PLC control system for user-friendly operation.The mechanism is positioned behind the longitudinal foil feeding to ensure smooth and flat foil collection after stamping.
4.Independent Manual Control:The main unit can be operated manually when needed.
5.Parallel Pressure Adjustment Device:Features a flat upper platform for precise pressure regulation.
6.Vacuum negative pressure detection ensures machine operation ceases upon absence of paper.
7.L-Shaped Right-Angle Push Gauge:Accommodates different printing registration requirements for accurate alignment.

Main Spindle Part
The spindle is driven by a 1.5kw servo motor,and the four column structural design makes the hot stamping more stable and less prone to tilting.The high-frequency quenching depth of the spindle core reaches 0.5 millimeters,and the surface is plated with hard chromium,which is durable and wear-resistant.
Paper Transfer Part
The horizontal paper feeding device adopts servo motor control,which is more efficient and accurate.
Safety Protection Part
This machine is equipped with a safety protection grating.Once an object is detected approaching during machine operation,the machine will sound an alarm and shut down to protect the safety of the operator.
