Scanning pure UVA-LED light source flexographic exposure machine is PRINTYOUNG's first product in the world.High energy UVA-LED light source mixed with low energy UVA-LED light source packaged with imported quartz.It can meet the requirements of flat-top dot, high-precision plate making,light source energy can be adjusted high or low,suitable for any flexographic exposure plate making requirements,uniform light source to promote the thickness of the flexographic everywhere,UVA-LED light source for flexographic tolerance, strong penetration,high energy source,low consumption,fast quality,environmental protection,energy saving,safety,easy to operate.For back exposure,you only need to turn on the low energy light source,and for main exposure,including the back exposure light source,you can fast exposure speed.Two-way exposure or one-way exposure can be set. The light source is more than 20 times stronger than the traditional exposure lamp,and the life is more than 10 times longer than the traditional light source.Suction adopts quiet 1500W dry vacuum pump without refueling.The quotation is the price of air-cooled configuration,and the price of water-cooled configuration is increased by 10%(including water-cooled light source and water-cooled platform).
