Automatic EPS Shape Moulding Machine with Vaccum , fish box production line
The machine is internationally advanced electronic original components with PLC and a touch screen Chinese displayer.
Working Modes: Normal feeding &pressure of material The two modes can be switched as per the structure and form of the mould. It is optional for full automatic, semi-automatic and manual opening method.
The machine is driven by hydraulic pressure with a fast/slow differetial system to ensure the precise time for mould opening and closing in an economized time and stable operation.
Various of heating methods can be optionally used as per the product form so as to ensure the product quality. A vacuum and negative pressure system can ensure a low water content, rapid content, rapid shaping, and short drying period( or without drying).

1. It adopts Japan Mitsubishi Corporation PLC, imported touch screen, full English display, graphical interfaces intelligent control, achieve man-machine conversation.
2. It can carry out full automatic, semi-automatic, middle startup and manual operation.
3. Taiwan AIRTCA hydraulic system is stable run, low noise, high clamping force.
4. Vacuum system accelerates product shaping speed, shorts the cooling time, reduce product water content.
5. Optimized design is clear and easy with high intensity and high performance-price rate.
6. This machine can carry out heating, cooling, feeding and ingot stripping process to adapt to different EPS products.
7. Perfect malfunction checkout system and motor protecting system which guarantees safe running of equipment.
