Product introduction:

This machine developed by combining the domestic and foreign equipment and advantages, is a set of hydraulic pneumatic servo drive for an automatic forming cutting stacking machine. The main electrical components, such as vacuum pump,PLC,made in Japan and Germany, ensure the reliability of the equipment operation, and can be used for hot forming process many kinds of plastic material, it can produce PS,HIPS etc. all kinds of packaging products, materials used in food, medical supplies, electrical components, tourism products, toys, textile, etc.

The biggest advantage is forming cutting and product collection integration, reduce work link, produce the product can be stacked directly collect, this will greatly save time reduce the intensity of work and greatly saves labor.

Fast food box machine mainly includes four parts:
1. PS Foam Sheet Extrusion Line
2. Automatic Vacuum Forming and Cutting Machine
3. Crusher and Recycle Machine
This line is the whole production line, which can form lunch box from raw material. This is the recycle. The work flow is as follows: raw material---(ps foam sheet extrusion line)---foam sheet---(lunch box forming machine and cutting machine)---lunch box---(plastic recycle machine)---plastic granulars( this part can be used as raw material)----foam sheet.

A. PS Foam Sheet Extruder
PS Foam Sheet Extruder uses a tandem screw technology to produce fine-block cell-structured extruded polystyrene foam sheet with high strength and a pearl and even surface, in a continuous roll, from polystyrene injection an eco-friendly blowing gas and additives. It has a user friendly operating system with inverter controlled driving, digital temperature control and so on.

B. Fully auto forming and cutting machine
Fully automatic forming and cutting machine integrates forming, cutting and stacking (trimming) at the same time. It has the features of saving labor, improving efficient, lowing labor intensity and reducing production cost. It adopts PLC controller and touch screen to control the working program. Two workers are enough for whole production line.
The machine is plastic sheet forming equipment in one step with following process: transporting sheet, heating, forming, cutting, stacking and winding waste edge.

C. Plastic recycle machine
Plastic recycle and pelletizing machine is designed to reclaim the foamed polystyrene materials almost identically to new ones with its own superior filtering performance.
