The system automatically measures and adds starch, water, caustic soda, borax, and other raw materials according to the preset glue formulation. This helps reduce dosing errors caused by manual operation and improves batch-to-batch glue consistency.
The machine is equipped with a PLC control system for centralized management of the glue-making process. Operators can set different glue-making programs and monitor equipment status, process parameters, and production information through the HMI.
The system controls key process parameters such as mixing time, temperature, and ingredient ratios to help maintain consistent adhesive quality from batch to batch.
The prepared adhesive can be transferred to a glue storage tank and then delivered through glue pumps and pipelines to the corrugator or other adhesive application equipment.
Traditional manual glue preparation requires workers to weigh raw materials, add ingredients, mix the adhesive, and monitor glue quality. An automatic glue-making system automates many of these operations, helping reduce manual workload and improve production efficiency.
