The Splicer is a critical wet-end component for corrugated board production lines in medium to large packaging manufacturing facilities. It serves as the flute formation and single face web production module in complete corrugator lines, producing the fluted medium with one liner attached that forms the basis of all corrugated board construction. The multi-flute cassette capability makes it ideal for plants requiring production flexibility across different board grades and packaging types. Compatible with all major corrugator configurations, the Splicer can be integrated into new line installations or used as an upgrade replacement for existing single facers to improve flute quality and production efficiency.
