The Realkey Cross Belt Sorter is an innovative system for sorting parcels and cartons seamlessly. It unites tracks, carts, cross-aligned belts, recognition, and communication systems. Carts, connected in a loop, use perpendicular belts—thus "Cross Belt"—to carry items, loaded manually or automatically. At sorting zones, belts trigger to place items precisely.
Offered in circular or linear setups, these sorters deliver outstanding results. Circular models hit 2 meters per second, sorting 22,000 items per hour, while linear versions reach 1.5 meters per second, processing 8,000 items hourly. They’re ideal for high-speed, multi-directional sorting in express delivery, e-commerce, clothing, food, cosmetics, airports, and pharmaceuticals.
