Operable wall material is customed built to suit the specified requirement. Movable partition system can be made from aluminium, gypsum, MDF, melamine-faced particleboard, plasterboard, plastic, PVC, softwood, stainless steel or wood veneer.

Rubber sealing materials plays an important role in modern sound insulation technology, especially in doors, windows, cars, etc.

Our sealing rubber materials made by high quality EPDM rubber, foam production process.
Have outstanding temperature resistance, optimum hardness and mechanical strength for long lasting sealing results, Ozone resistance, resistance to chemical corrosion properties.

Track: The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.

Panels:The Panels will be made from 12mm MDF boards and shall be 100mm thick and 1230mm maximum width, made to the appropriate acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in full perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner construction .The panel faces shall be finished with selected material.

Panel Surface Finish:The panel surface will be as per the clients requirement finished either in Sliwal factory – China or by others . The normal finish such as:laminate,veneer,melamine,fabric etc.

Advantage:

Panel faces are suspended from a steel frame with just 2 points of contact. The edges of panel faces are slotted into aluminium profiles.

This method of cladding the steel frame allows the panel faces to be acoustically separated from each other and thereby minimize the transfer of sound waves through the system.

Each panel has an extruded aluminium male profile to one vertical edge and a female profile to the other.These profiles are fitted with magnetic membranes which ensure positive interlocking of the panels.

Once the wall panels have been adjusted for height and level the roller stems are locked with a fail-safe mechanism to ensure that the panels will align perfectly every time the wall is set up.

Pressure seals extend from the top and bottom of each panel exerting a closing pressure of 2kn providing panel stability and excellent acoustic sealing.
