Leak-Free Hose Connections With Clean Flare Seals And Barbs

Built For Critical Flow And Sealing Duty

  • Flare Seats For Metal-To-Metal Seals.Conical flare faces are turned in one setup and left burr-free, so the fitting seals as soon as it is torqued down.
  • Full-Height Barb Beads.The raised bead holds the hose firmly once a clamp is fitted, resisting pull-off under pressure and vibration.
  • Undercut Threads, Clean Hex Flats.A proper relief groove lets the hex shoulder seat flush, and chamfered hex faces take wrench torque without damage.

Materials & Certifications

We machine H59 brass (CuZn40) and C36000 free-cutting brass, with optional nickel or chrome plating and passivation. Every shipment includes CMM Dimensional Inspection Reports and Material Mill Certificates to ensure total project transparency. RoHS/REACH-compliant material options are available per specification.
