Description

The fiber optic polishign jig is one of the indispensable accessories for the production line of fiber optic patch cords.

Fiber optic polishing jig use to fix the fiber optic ferrule or fiber optic connector when polishing.

This jig is special designed for LC connector, use to fix the LC fiber optic connector when polishing.

It is available for PC and APC polishing type, come with 48 positions of connector (less or more position can be made according to customer request)

High efficiency, polishing 48 tconnectors in one cycle. The first pass yield for end face quality reach 98%～100%

Fiber polishing fixture using high quality steel with heated treat, the hardened steel S136 providing long service life.

This fiber polishing fixture can be designed with the jig of SC, FC, ST, LC, etc, and also according to the customer request.

Application

• Mainly used for polishing fiber optic ferrule end face; Or precision parts end face polishing; Or non-standard materials like metal, glass, ceramic end face polishing;
• The plugs of connector polishing jig can be interchanged, prolong the service life of grinding plate;
• This fiber polishing jig adopt independent pressurized way, eliminate ferrules show the different length effects on polishing;
• Note: All kinds of fiber polishing jigs/Polishing Module can be customized according to customers' requirement.
