Description
The fiber optic polishign jig is is one of the indispensable accessories for the production of fiber optic patch cords.
Designed for SC connectors.
It is available for PC and APC with 24 or 36 positions of connector.
High efficiency, polishing 36 tconnectors in one cycle. The first pass yield for end face quality reach 98%～100%
The fiber polishing fixture is IPC Structure, Independent compression of each connector. The fiber polishing fixture pass rate with Interference> = 98% (100% Typical, according to IEC),
Fiber polishing fixture using high quality steel with heated treat, the hardened steel S136 providing long service life.
This fiber polishing fixture can be designed with the jig of SC, FC, ST, LC, etc, and also according to the customer request.
