Paste Filling Line.

The automatic sauce filling production line is primarily designed for filling viscous pastes such as chili sauce, garlic sauce, mayonnaise, sesame sauce, peanut butter, tomato sauce, fruit jam, salad dressing, and honey, among others.For paste-like products, pneumatic filling or piston filling is commonly employed. A complete production line includes a Cleaning and Drying Integrated Machine,Paste Filling machine, Automatic Capping machine, Automatic Labeling machine, and Packaging machine.

1. Cleaning and Drying Integrated Machine

The machine consists of two parts: cleaning and drying. It is manufactured using stainless steel material, making it sturdy and durable. It efficiently cleans the interior and exterior of the glass bottles through a thorough spray washing process, and then proceeds to dry them effectively.Cleaning before filling to ensure container hygiene.

2. Paste Filling machine

Viscous or paste-like products, such as chili sauce, salad dressing, jam, peanut butter, honey, etc., are typically filled using pneumatic filling machines or piston filling machines. These machines are specifically engineered to accommodate the unique properties of thick and sticky substances.

3. Automatic Capping machine

For paste-like sauce products, they are typically filled into glass jars or squeezable plastic bottles. We can provide sealing machines for Tinplate cap, Flip-top cap, spout cap, plastic cap, and so on.Commonly used capping machines include Twist-off Capping Machine and Twist Capping Machine.

Vacuum Capping Machine:

The machine is used for capping for twist off caps, it includes auto cap lifting conveyor and capping system 2 parts. Workers put bulk qty caps into cap lifter, the cap lifter will unscramble caps automatically and bring caps down in cap rail and then to capping head. Cap loader can hold more than 200pcs of caps each time, it will be convenient for adding caps often. When capping head catch cap, it will go down to bottle mouth and finish capping.

Automatic Twist Capping Machine:

The multi-wheel capping machine is designed to tighten a wide range of bottle caps of different shapes. It offers customizable automatic cap placement systems tailored to the specific shape of the caps, effectively reducing manual labor and enhancing operational efficiency.

4. Automatic Labeling Machine

We can customize the labeling machine based on the shape and label of the bottle. It can apply round bottles labels, dual-sided labels for square bottles, irregular-shaped bottle labels,and bottle cap labels.Adopting PLC control technology to ensure stable and high-speed operation of the machine. Adopting a touch screen control system, the operation is simple, practical, and efficient.

5. Glass jar and plastic bottle Packing Machine

Sauces and jams are primarily packaged in cardboard boxes we can supply the packing system and Robot Palletizer.

Carton packing system:

The system consists of carton erector, bottle filler in carton, and carton sealing machine, The carton erector unfolds the folded cardboard box, then the grabbing packing machine grabs the oil bottle into the box through the gripper, and finally the sealing machine applies tape to the cardboard box.It can automate the packaging process, improve packaging efficiency, and ensure product safety and quality.
