一. Printer head failure situation:
1. The front-end signal is strongly interfered, and the waveform is displayed with high density and high frequency, that is, the waveform basically covers the thermal paper, and the printing is almost completely black.
2. Print head failure. The print head is not protected from overheating. The temperature of the part in contact with the thermal paper is too high. The high temperature of the paper feeding part will cause the thermal paper to become completely black due to heat.
3. Thermal paper is of poor quality. Thermal paper is too unstable, and the paper feeding pressure or slightly higher temperature will cause it to change and turn black.
二. Printing is not clear
1. Check whether the two copper shafts on the paper bin cover are worn too much (except for the twelve-way machine)
2. Print head failure will cause unclear printing. Try replacing the print head with the same model.
3. Deformation of the print head bracket and spring may cause unclear printing.
4.The print head has been used for a long time and is dirty or stained; wipe the print head with a cotton swab dipped in some alcohol.
5.The thermal printing paper used is expired, of poor quality, damp, etc. Replace the printing paper.
6. Program confusion leads to unclear printing
7. If the printing on or below the ECG-1200 is not clear, generally add a gasket between the print head and the print head bracket.
