Fukuda CardioMax FX-3010 electrocardiograph Battery cover PC-3012
The PC-3012 is a custom-designed battery cover specifically designed by Futian Medical for the CardioMax FX-3010 portable electrocardiograph. Made of medical-grade materials and precisely matched to the FX-3010's battery compartment structure, the cover's core function is to address issues such as battery detachment, contact contamination, and compartment damage during mobile diagnosis and treatment, providing physical protection and structural anchoring.
When closed, the battery cover forms a sealed barrier with the device casing, preventing liquid splashes and dust intrusion. Furthermore, a built-in retaining mechanism securely locks the battery in place, preventing power interruptions caused by jolts.
1. Protection
The battery cover's impact-resistant material mitigates external physical impact. It can withstand a 1.5kg drop from 80cm, preventing deformation of the battery compartment.
The battery cover closes tightly, effectively blocking dust, lint, and disinfectant residue, protecting the battery contacts.
2. Battery Lock
The battery cover features three built-in elastic retaining protrusions that securely engage the battery compartment slots, reducing the risk of the battery falling out during movement by 90%.
3. Convenient Operation
The push-button locking mechanism unlocks within 1 second, and the elastic spring automatically pops out, allowing for tool-free removal.

A1: You can drip lubricant into the latch gap, wait a few minutes, and try again. If it still won't open, use a tool to pry open the battery cover and replace it promptly to prevent further malfunctions.
Q2: After installation, the device frequently displays a "battery contact error" message. How can I troubleshoot this?
A2: Turn off the power, open the battery cover, and check that the battery's polarity is correctly aligned. If so, use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean the oxide layer on the battery contacts. Let it dry and try again. Finally, check if the battery cover is bulging or deformed. If so, replace it.
Q3: The battery cover has deformed and won't snap shut after long-term inactivity. Can it be repaired?
A3: If the battery cover is slightly deformed, you can attempt to repair it. Place the cover in a drying oven for two hours. Allow it to cool, taking advantage of the laws of thermal expansion and contraction. Once it cools, try snapping it shut. If it still won't snap shut after repair, replace the battery cover.
