Biocare FM-801 Fetal Monitor Keypad, model 02048028-01, is the original keyboard for the Biocare FM-801 fetal monitor. This keyboard is used but in good condition. It serves as the core human-computer interface component of the Biocare FM-801 fetal monitor.
The keyboard's A side features five sensor keys that sense external pressure and transmit corresponding commands to the display: the menu key, up, down, left, and right function keys, mode switch, and a print key.
1. Monitoring Process Control
Serving as the monitoring switch, it encompasses the entire monitoring process, from starting to ending monitoring to printing reports. Key buttons include "Start Monitoring," "Mode Switch," and "Freeze Waveform." Pressing "Print Report" generates a paper report within 5 seconds, eliminating the need to navigate through multiple menus and improving efficiency in settings like delivery rooms and emergency rooms.
2. Precise Parameter Settings
This allows medical staff to adjust monitoring parameters based on the patient's condition, ensuring accurate data.
3. Rapid Alarm Intervention
For abnormalities during monitoring, the device provides instant alarm control, including buttons for "alarm mute," "alarm reset," and "alarm pause," reminding medical staff to promptly check for abnormalities.
4. Intuitive Status Feedback
Backlit indicators and button feedback provide medical staff with real-time status information.

High-Risk Monitoring in the Obstetrics and Gynecology ICU
During nighttime monitoring, the "Backlight Adjustment" function reduces button brightness to prevent bright light from disturbing the patient's rest.
Emergency Obstetric Rescue
Healthcare staff can quickly press "Start Monitoring" to activate the device within 100ms. Simultaneously, they can press the "Fetal Heart Rate Probe Switch" button next to "Emergency Stop" to select a backup probe.
