Biocare FM-801 Fetal Monitor Complete Housing is a disassembled accessory for the original Biocare FM-801 fetal monitor. The housing shows minimal signs of wear and is in excellent condition, suitable for continued installation. This accessory is the outer plastic protective frame of the device, primarily supporting and protecting the critical internal components and ensuring stable operation.
The complete housing is made of sturdy ABS plastic in a white color scheme, aesthetically pleasing and blending in with the overall hospital environment.
The housing can be disassembled into six core modules: the upper cover, lower housing, display window frame, interface door, internal support frame, and heat dissipation grille. These modules can be disassembled and arranged separately for installation.

1. Support and Fixation: Ensures the internal components of the device are securely in place.
The housing features a counterweighted design with a lightweight upper cover and a thick lower shell. Four silicone feet on the bottom evenly distribute the device's weight, ensuring stable placement on a flat surface and preventing it from slipping due to a shifted center of gravity.

The housing is constructed of a PC/ABS alloy with reinforced thickness in key areas to mitigate damage to internal components from external impacts.
It also provides a high degree of sealing, preventing external liquid infiltration and circuit shorts.
3. Electromagnetic Shielding
The interior of the housing is covered with an alloy shielding layer, which, together with the shielding structure of the internal components, forms a "complete shielded chamber," minimizing the impact of interference signals on the fetal heart signal processing circuitry and preventing noise drift in the fetal heart waveform.
4. Heat Dissipation
Both the upper and lower shells feature grid-shaped heat dissipation grilles, corresponding to the core heat-generating areas of the power supply board, printing module, and mainboard, to prevent component aging or failure caused by high temperatures.
When performing fetal heart rate monitoring on pregnant women in the outpatient clinic, the housing's stable structure ensures the device remains securely in place on the examination table, preventing it from slipping even if accidentally touched, ensuring safe use.
During delivery, the housing is mounted on a fixed monitoring table in the delivery room. Its electromagnetic shielding protects against electromagnetic interference from devices such as electrosurgical units and suction devices, ensuring a stable fetal heart rate waveform.
High-risk pregnancies require 24-hour continuous monitoring, and the housing's three-dimensional heat dissipation system supports long-term operation.
When treating pregnant women with acute conditions such as premature rupture of membranes and placental abruption, the housing's lightweight design and integrated handle allow medical staff to carry the device quickly to the scene. The interface hatch opens within 10 seconds to connect the power supply and probe, meeting the critical needs of emergency care.
