Q1: During use, the coupling agent easily detaches when the probe contacts the skin, causing image interruption. How can this be resolved?
A1: This is due to poor adhesion between the coupling agent and the skin. It is recommended to replace it with the original manufacturer's coupling agent. Also, it is recommended to keep the probe perpendicular to the skin during examination and avoid rapid movement that could remove the coupling agent.
Q2: After long-term use, the probe interface becomes slightly warm, and sporadic noise appears in the image. What is the cause?
A2: The warming at the interface indicates increased resistance. Clean the dust and oxide layer at the interface and ensure a tight connection. The noise is due to electromagnetic interference; keep it away from high-frequency electrosurgical units, monitors, and other similar equipment.
Q3: The probe was slightly bumped during transportation, with no visible damage, but localized blind spots appear in the image. How should this be handled?
A3: The bump may have caused displacement or damage to the internal array elements of the probe. Enter the system's "Probe Self-Check" mode to check for faulty array elements. If no abnormalities are found, adjust the imaging parameters. If the blind spot persists, please contact a professional repair technician.
