- When connected to a 220V AC mains power supply, the device simultaneously charges its internal battery while operating normally. In the event of a power outage or when moving, it automatically switches to battery power, ensuring uninterrupted examinations.
- The device is equipped with an automatic protection circuit that effectively prevents overcharging and over-discharging of the battery, extending battery life and ensuring safe use.
- The Biocare ECG-300G is classified as Class I, Type CF. This is the highest safety standard for medical electrical equipment, indicating a high degree of protection against electric shock and direct cardiac measurement. The power supply design also complies with this standard.

► Working Principle
The Power Supply for Biocare ECG-300G utilizes AC/DC high-frequency power switching technology to output a 20V DC voltage. This voltage charges the internal rechargeable battery using a constant-voltage and current-limiting method and simultaneously supplies the battery output to the power switching circuit. Once the switching circuit is activated, it utilizes various switching power supply technologies to generate multiple stable power outputs. These include the +5V and +24V (+12V) main power supplies provided by the switching regulator, as well as +3.3V, +1.8V, and -5V provided by the power converter.
► Usage Tips
1. Regular Inspection: Even if you primarily use AC power, it is recommended to periodically disconnect the power cord to test the battery's proper activation and battery life to ensure the emergency function is functioning properly.
2. Professional Maintenance: All repairs and maintenance on the power supply components and equipment should be performed by qualified professional technicians. Do not disassemble the equipment yourself to avoid damage or safety risks.
