This board integrates signals transmitted from the operator panel to other functional components of the device, such as printing commands and parameter settings, reducing complexity and frequency of operation and improving operator efficiency.
The upper and lower covers of the device are among the most frequently used components and can become loose over time. The interface board is secured to the upper and lower covers via mounting posts, which absorb some of the pressure.
The interface board features a dedicated terminal design and durable materials that can withstand over 500 plug-in and pull-out cycles. This reduces wear and tear on the motherboard caused by frequent plugging and unplugging of the operator panel cable and other components, extending the motherboard's lifespan.
When a human-machine interaction fault occurs on the device, the interface board serves as an "intermediate troubleshooting node," quickly locating the source and reducing repair complexity.
A1: Try pressing other buttons on the operation panel. If they work properly, there's a problem with the signal transmission between the operation panel and the interface board, and you need to check the wiring. If none of the other buttons work, the interface board is most likely faulty.
A2: The interface board and the upper and lower covers are secured with four mounting posts. It's possible that one of the mounting posts is loose or broken. Open the upper and lower covers for inspection. If one is broken, replace the interface board. If the mounting post is not broken, check for any loose screws. If so, tighten them. Close the upper and lower covers and secure them until the device stops making noise when shaken.
A3: Immediately disconnect the power supply to prevent further damage to the device. Open the upper and lower covers to wipe off any alcohol that has seeped in and blow dry any remaining liquid in the gaps. Allow the device to dry for two hours before reinstalling and restarting the device. If the device still does not work, replace the interface board.
