It consists of the front and rear housings, operation panel, display frame, battery compartment cover, and heat sink grille. This is a used, but well-maintained, original accessory. It is integrally injection-molded from medical-grade reinforced ABS+PC alloy. The housing features a lightweight and portable design, weighing only 2.8kg and easily lifted with one hand, making it easy for medical staff to move between wards or for emergency transport. Wall-mount holes and cart-mounting slots on the rear and bottom allow the monitor to be mounted on a wall bracket or a mobile cart, saving space in ICUs and emergency rooms while preventing the device from tipping over.
Q1: Will scratches on the outer casing affect its protective performance?
A1: Minor scratches generally do not affect its protective performance. As long as the gaskets and metal shielding at the joints are intact, it still provides protection against dust, liquids, and electromagnetic interference. However, deeper scratches or gasket detachment will compromise the protective performance of the outer casing and require replacement to avoid exposing internal components.
Q2: After long-term use, gaps appear at the joints of the outer casing. What should I do?
A2: Gaps are often caused by aging gaskets or loose screws. Turn off the device and check for loose screws. If the screws are intact, open the outer casing at the gap to check for aging and deformation of the internal gaskets. Replace any that are present.
Q3: The battery compartment cover of the outer casing is not fastened securely, causing the battery to become loose. How can I resolve this?
A3: First, check the latch mechanism of the battery compartment cover. Turn off the device, remove the battery, and inspect the latch for any breakage or deformation. If slightly deformed, gently straighten it (use a heat gun to soften it to 60°C before adjusting to prevent brittle breakage). If the latch is broken, replace the battery compartment cover. During installation, ensure the battery is properly positioned in the compartment. Then, align the cover with the positioning post and press it securely until you hear a click. This prevents the cover from becoming loose due to misaligned battery placement.
