Edan F6 Fetal Monitor TOCO & US Connector Assembly is a connection assembly with model number 21.53.451265-1.0. It is mainly used to connect the pressure sensor of the device with the ultrasound probe. It is a bridge for signal transmission between the Edan F6 monitor's uterine contraction pressure monitoring (TOCO) and fetal ultrasound (US), ensuring the validity of clinical data. It can also be used stably in delivery rooms, operating rooms, and other scenes with many high-frequency devices (such as electric knives and ultrasound machines) because it can suppress electromagnetic interference through shielding layers and filter circuits. ■ Installation and Maintenance Guide
1. Installation Process
① Turn off the power of the device and check whether there is any debris or liquid residue on the interface;
② Align the direction of the TOCO/US interface (anti-misinsertion groove) and insert it vertically until the locking sound;
③ Turn on the machine and enter [Maintenance Mode] → [Signal Calibration] to complete baseline zeroing and sensitivity calibration.
2. Daily Maintenance
Cleaning method: Wipe the metal contacts of the interface with anhydrous alcohol cotton and disable ultrasonic cleaning.
Detection cycle: Once a month, perform impedance test (standard: TOCO end-to-end resistance <2Ω, US end capacitance value 30pF±5%).
3. Troubleshooting
TOCO signal is unstable: Check whether the TOCO interface is oxidized and whether the cable shielding layer is damaged.
US signal is unstable and intermittent: Check whether the LEMO interface locking is failed.
