Description

The reusable PHiliph M1193A neonatal sensor wraps securely around the hand or foot of patients weighing 1 - 4 kg (2.2 - 8.8 lbs). It is durable, comfortable and latex-free. The M1193A SpO2 sensor is made of soft silicone and wraps comfortably around the hand or foot of your neonatal patient.

The foot-wrap SpO₂ sensor designed for newborns is a blood oxygen monitoring device developed specifically for fragile newborns (especially premature or low-birth-weight babies). It achieves stable and safe blood oxygen saturation monitoring through foot wrapping.

Features:

- Fits the soles of the feet or toes to avoid signal loss of finger sensors due to the newborn's fist.

- Soft wrapping structure (such as silicone sleeve or elastic bandage) reduces the risk of skin compression and injury.

- Low-power LED and special optical path design are used to adapt to the thin skin and low perfusion state of newborns.

- Latex-free and anti-allergic materials avoid skin irritation of newborns.

- Breathable design prevents skin moisture or pressure sores caused by long-term use.

How to Use:

1. Prefer the sole of the foot (avoid the central artery) or the big toe, and make sure the skin is clean and dry. Avoid sticking to the heel (may interfere with blood collection or infusion).

2. Align the light-emitting end (LED) with the receiving end (photodetector), and gently wrap and fix. Do not tighten too much, and there must be enough space for a finger to prevent blood circulation obstruction.

3. Insert the monitor SpO₂ interface.
