Automatic Batch PCB Cutting Equipment 360mm Width With Touch Screen Control Automatic Batch LED Separating Machine
Description
This automatic PCB separator machine used for batch PCB separating, it adopts multiple group blades as the cutting tools, upper and down blade working together for separating, greatly lower the cutting force stress. The machine use the customized mesotrons to fix the distance between blades, so the size of mesotrons according to the distance between the v-cut line, different PCB need different size mesotrons.
Normally we would like to know the customers' PCB width and length, then we can decide the blade group quantity, and we need the PCB samples to customized the mesotrons.
Features
1, Stainless steel machine body, stable and make sure the cutting precision.
2, PLC and touch screen control, operator set the parameters before the separating.
3, By customized the mesotrons to fit the width of each V-cut lines, the mesotrons used for fix the blades, different boards need different mesotrons.
4, How many groups blade need to use depends on the length of the panels, we will choose the suitable goups balde to make sure the board cutting force stress to the lowest, the solution will be make to well protective the panels.
5, The machine suitable for separating the panels at max 360mm width, need customized if longer.
6, Min distance between balde is 3mm, blade thickness is 0.2mm.
7, The blade base can install and unload freely, so it can separating many different size panels by customized different size mesotrons.
8, The machine equipped with nfrared light curtain sensor, high security.
9, This machine designed specially for LED lighting industry, especially for LED tube, whole LED hard strip light, and other strip boards.
