The main maintenance of the mounter operation method
1. Feeder maintenance: feeder maintenance is relatively simple, as long as the feeder cover and roll wheel on the residual glue using dust-free paper dipped in solvent to clean up.
2. Suction nozzle cleaning and maintenance: the first poke needle to dredge the suction nozzle holes, and then the ultrasonic cleaner loaded with the right amount of water, the suction nozzle into which the cover, cover, start the cleaning a few times, the cleaning is complete to blow clean.
3. Inspection and maintenance of the moving track: check whether the track belt is damaged, loose, check whether there are foreign objects on the track, check the completion of the use of dust-free paper to clean the track (residual glue, dirt, etc.).
4. Lubrication of the slide and screw of the patch head: use dust-free paper to wipe the slide and screw clean to ensure that there is no residual oil and debris. Use the oil gun will be lubricating oil from the screw, slide rail on the oil nozzle into the slide rail and the screw of the respective movement of the contact surface of the vice, until squeezed clean dirty lubricant until the use of dust-free paper to wipe clean. Manually move the patch head, so that the oil in the screw, slide rail surface coated evenly.
5. Maintenance of nozzle head gear: rotate the nozzle head, wipe the pinion gear on the nozzle head clean, take the appropriate amount of red oil and apply it to the pinion gear, rotate the nozzle head so that the pinion gear is fully lubricated.
