Product Overview
Model HS-S331R is a 4-axis automated soldering robot consisting of X/Y/Z linear axes plus a 360° rotating R axis developed by HSTECH. Designed to accomplish blind soldering tasks impossible for reflow and wave soldering equipment, this unit excels at assembling mixed-type PCBs, heat-sensitive components and delicate electronic parts after SMT processing.
It is widely adopted for PCB wire soldering, charger plug welding, connector terminals, DC terminals and LED strip bonding across consumer electronics industries. Replacing manual soldering effectively stabilizes welding quality, boosts productivity and cuts labor costs. Compact desktop layout enables standalone operation or inline integration with automated production lines.
