Introduction:
It is a device for automatically removing printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Functions and applications:
1.Automatically remove PCB boards from the discharge ports of SMT placement machines, reflow ovens and other equipment.
2.Transfer PCB boards to subsequent processes, such as inspection and sorting, in an orderly and safe manner.
3.Improve production efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and reduce the risk of PCB damage.
Main structure and working principle:
Conveyor belt: Responsible for conveying PCB boards from the equipment discharge port to the Unloader.
Clamping mechanism: Using vacuum suction cups or mechanical clamping claws, it can flexibly clamp PCB boards of different sizes.
Lifting mechanism: Control the lifting and lowering of the clamping mechanism to remove the PCB board from the conveyor belt.
Transfer mechanism: Transfer the removed PCB board to a specified position, such as a placement rack or subsequent conveyor belt.
Control system: Automatically control the actions of each actuator according to the device sensor signal.
