The refrigeration temperature can be controlled within the range of 1-10 degrees Celsius, and the temperature can be controlled through numbers and temperature. 2. Each can of solder paste placement slot has independent time control. After setting the time, the solder paste can will be automatically fixed by the cylinder, and the solder paste will automatically release the can after the solder paste has returned to temperature.
3. Solder paste cans of different specifications and models can be used on the same equipment.
4. Cans of 4/6/8/10/12/14/16-30 can be reheated at the same time, each can is 500g of solder paste. If more cans are reheated, they can be customized according to customer requirements.
5. Each bottle is equipped with a cylinder to fix the solder paste bottle. The solder paste bottle cannot be taken out before the time is up.

The solder paste application and requirement

When the solder paste taken out of the refrigerator before using, the temperature of the solder paste will be much lower than the room temperature. If open the solder paste bottle without thawing, it’s very easy to condense the moisture in the air and adhere to the solder paste. Also if use the solder paste without thawing, after printing, on the reflow soldering process(temperature over 200℃), the water on the solder paste is rapidly vaporized due to strong heat, will lead to the solder paste explosive, then will damage the solder tin and components. So for better printing and soldering performance. The solder paste must thaw before using.
