This 502 nozzle is the original new nozzles(also available for copy new) for replacing the old nozzles in the chip mounter, it's a high precision

The nozzle of the SMT SMT mounting machine is one of its important components. Generally, the nozzle is used to suction and mount components through vacuum pressure. Although the nozzle is a small device, it plays a significant role. The SMT SMT SMT nozzle is capable of absorbing and picking up components of different shapes and sizes in different ways. After the vacuum pressure is generated, the negative pressure of the suction nozzle sucks the components out of the feeding system. When the suction nozzle sucks the elemental components, the system needs to reach the specified vacuum degree to determine that the suction nozzle successfully sucks the components. When the components are standing on the side or there is a situation of material throwing, which results in the suction nozzle not being able to successfully suck up, the SMT mounting machine will send an alarm signal. Our nozzle usually uses two methods for placement when picking up components and attaching them to the PCB. One is to install according to the height we initially entered in the system. When the SMT mounting head of our SMT machine drops to the set height, the vacuum is released and the components are placed on the solder pads. We generally do not use this method because it is not flexible. Another method is to achieve a soft landing of the placement under the action of the pressure sensor due to the reaction generated at the moment of contact between the nozzle and the PCB board, so that our placement is relatively easy and smooth. The nozzle is a device that we often use in the production of SMT mounting. It often comes into contact with components, and over time, wear and tear may occur. Therefore, the material and structure of the nozzle for SMT mounting machines are increasingly valued. In the early days, alloy materials were used, and later changed to carbon fiber wear-resistant plastic materials. More advanced suction nozzles are made of ceramic materials and diamonds, making them more durable.
